What You Will Do
Travel Percentage: 10%- Develop and maintain strong expertise in India’s reimbursement ecosystem, including PMJAY, CGHS, ECHS, and key state health schemes.
- Track and analyze updates in package pricing, empanelment norms, and policy changes impacting medtech access.
- Map and assess the private payer landscape, including insurers, TPAs, and reimbursement frameworks.
- Support engagement with private payers to expand coverage and improve reimbursement for advanced technologies.
- Partner with internal teams to build value dossiers and economic arguments aligned to payer requirements.
- Assist in generating and consolidating clinical and economic evidence to support access and reimbursement discussions.
- Contribute to submissions and engagement with bodies such as HTAIn where applicable.
- Support stakeholder engagement across policymakers, hospital administrators, payers, and industry associations.
- Generate market intelligence by tracking competitor strategies, pricing caps, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions.
- 5–7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, health policy, or payer engagement.
- Strong understanding of public health schemes, private insurance landscape, and hospital reimbursement processes in India.
- Experience working with government bodies, insurers/TPAs, or healthcare consulting firms (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate policy and reimbursement insights into business impact.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
