Role Overview
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics & Warehouse Returns Specialist to manage end-to-end return operations, inventory reconciliation, warehouse coordination, and transportation execution. The role requires strong SAP knowledge and experience working in warehousing, contract logistics, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain operations environments.
Key Responsibilities
Reverse Logistics Management
- Manage customer returns, RMA (Return Material Authorization), and return-to-stock processes.
- Coordinate return shipments between customers, warehouses, repair centers, and carriers.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and inventory variances.
- Ensure timely processing of return orders and disposition activities.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Perform inventory reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, put-away, transfers, and returns processing.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count activities.
- Track material movements and inventory adjustments.
SAP Transaction Processing
- Execute inventory and warehouse transactions in SAP.
- Process Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfers, and Return Orders.
- Update material movement records and inventory status.
- Support inventory reporting and operational controls.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Warehouse, Transportation, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and carriers for shipment execution.
- Provide updates on return status, inventory availability, and operational KPIs.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor return cycle times and operational KPIs.
- Prepare reports using SAP and Excel.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and inventory accuracy.

Skills Required
- 3-10 years experience in reverse logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain or contract logistics
- Strong SAP knowledge and experience in warehousing, contract logistics, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Experience executing SAP inventory and warehouse transactions (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfers, Return Orders)
- Experience with RMA processing and return-to-stock workflows
- Inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, inventory accuracy management, and material movement tracking
- Experience with SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP EWM, or SAP SD
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Power BI experience for reporting and dashboards
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and coordinating warehouse/transportation operations
