You will be responsible to:
Perform transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Highlight issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline 3 – 4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management process (must have)
Analytical, process management, and data management.
Expert Level knowledge – Contracting & Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have) Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics using excel (good to have)
Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
