The Opportunity: Lead IT Engineer, CashaloWe are looking for a Lead IT Engineer to own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering our operations in Manila. You'll take the reins on a complex, high-stakes environment -networks, servers, identity, compliance - and lead it with the maturity and urgency a growing fintech demands.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days/week in our Manila HQ.
How You'll Make an ImpactOwn the infrastructure - Manage on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways supporting Cashalo's agent operations
Lead active projects - Drive delivery of projects like a firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraki Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout
Manage cloud and identity - Handle user provisioning, MDM, and cloud tooling with a focus on access control and security hygiene
Own IT compliance - Lead audit preparation and execution, maintaining a consistently high standard of IT governance
Drive vendor delivery - Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure projects with urgency and rigour
You've owned complex IT environments end to end - network, infrastructure, identity and compliance. Not just one slice.
You approach security and governance as core to the job, not an afterthought
You have experience managing and collaborating with vendors on projects
You can talk about complex projects with ease - ability to take deeply technical initiatives and explain it in simple terms
You thrive in fast paced, lean environments.
