About Salesforce Studios
Salesforce Studios is the in-house creative agency responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand story to life through high-impact video, motion graphics, and experiential content. As we embrace our position as the #1 AI CRM, our studio is evolving rapidly. We are seeking a pioneer in generative visual art to join our dynamic team and drive the next generation of creative production.
Job Summary
Salesforce is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and creatively visionary Lead Generative AI Artist/Specialist to serve as the in-house expert for integrating generative video and image platforms into our core production workflows.
This individual will be responsible for setting the standard for AI-enhanced content creation, from rapid prototyping and concept visualization to final production augmentation. You will be the primary resource for advanced prompt engineering, output curation, and establishing ethical and brand-safe guardrails for all AI-driven creative assets across customer stories, marketing campaigns, and large-scale corporate events. This role demands a strong artistic sensibility coupled with deep technical expertise in Generative AI tools and post-production integration (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
  • Generative AI Strategy & Execution: Lead the practical application of text-to-video (T2V) and text-to-image (T2I) platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Veo3, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly) to rapidly create, augment, and iterate on visual assets for high-priority campaigns.
  • Advanced Prompt Engineering: Develop and maintain a library of best-in-class prompt structures, seeds, and models to ensure consistent, high-quality, and on-brand creative outputs at scale.
  • Workflow Integration & Automation: Design and implement seamless workflows that integrate AI-generated content into traditional post-production pipelines using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other compositing tools. Knowledge of node-based AI design platforms, such as Weavy or similar tools, is essential for advanced workflow automation.
  • Quality Curation & Refinement: Apply a keen artistic eye to curate, select, and refine AI outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of visual fidelity, creative integrity, and emotional impact.
  • R&D and Trend Analysis: Act as the subject matter expert, leading research and development into emerging Generative AI technologies (including 3D, AR, and personalized content applications) and proactively proposing new creative opportunities.
  • Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for the wider Studios team on effective, ethical, and advanced use of Generative AI tools, raising the collective proficiency of the organization.
  • Ethical & Brand Governance: Collaborate with legal and brand teams to establish clear, documented guidelines and best practices for the responsible and ethical use of AI, ensuring all outputs are brand-safe and comply with copyright standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a creative role (e.g., Motion Graphics Artist, Compositor, Video Editor), with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to professional Generative AI content creation.
  • Expert-level fluency in leading Generative AI video platforms (e.g., Runway Gen-2, Veo3, Pika) and image platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly).
  • Exceptional portfolio/reel showcasing advanced technical mastery and creative integration of Generative AI content into finished commercial or branded projects.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) for post-production refinement, compositing, and integration of AI assets.
  • Deep understanding of video principles including cinematography, pacing, color grading, and animation theory as they apply to prompt creation.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage complex project pipelines, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical creative and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in 3D integration (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent) is highly desirable for applying AI textures or incorporating AI-generated elements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing custom models or utilizing LoRAs for highly specific, on-brand asset generation.
  • Familiarity with foundational principles of machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).
  • A background in data visualization, specifically as it relates to animating complex business concepts.
  • Experience working in a large-scale in-house or corporate creative studio environment.
