This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our network and strengthen community engagement. This role combines outreach and relationship-building with CRM optimization, content creation, and light admin support. If you're someone who thrives on connection, organization, and digital tools, this could be a perfect fit. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Community Growth (Top Priority)
  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential leads
  • Execute outreach campaigns to grow the community
  • Monitor outreach performance and adjust strategies as needed
     

CRM Management

  • Maintain and optimize client records and interactions using HubSpot
  • Ensure data accuracy and streamline communication workflows

Group Coordination

  • Coordinate mastermind groups, including scheduling and member outreach
  • Support smooth communication and engagement across all sessions

Content Creation

  • Draft blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional content
  • Design branded materials using Canva and Thrive tools
     

Administrative Support

  • Manage team communication through Slack
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or community building
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Canva, Thrive, and QuickBooks
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Background in content writing and digital marketing
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Applicants must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally eligible to work here.
