The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will drive marketing sources revenue through paid and owned channels, and increase brand awareness. This role is for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional that can plan and execute lead generation programs to fill our sales pipeline. They'll have a marketing budget, determine the optimal marketing mix, and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads. They'll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns for SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively.
  • Manage marketing budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)
  • Create automated programs to nurture existing web traffic and 2-years worth of web and event inquiries to become sales-ready leads
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps adjust spending to maximize ROI
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (i.e., Pardot) to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Work with the content marketing to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Maximize website conversion rate by working with website marketer to A/B testing and recommend changes to website structure, design and content for improved conversions.
  • Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.

Experience and Skills:

  • 6-9 year's experience with B2B online marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation
  • B2B SaaS experience required
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
  • A master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Experience owning and managing a marketing budget
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials.
  • Experience with Pardot strongly preferred and/or knowledge knowledge and hands-on experience with other popular marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and SFDC
  • A good-humored, kind person

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not require supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment:

  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors.
  • Independent travel requirement: less than 15%.
  • 40+ hour standard workweek requirement.
