About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The ExperienceThe Media Operations, Technology & Intelligence (MOTI) team sits at the heart of Salesforce's global paid media function, based in Dublin. In this role, you will support and execute the operational processes that power high-performing lead generation campaigns and keep the customer journey running smoothly — from campaign activation and platform setup through to quality assurance and data validation.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone ready to build hands-on skills in campaign operations and marketing technology within a large-scale, global environment.
Build and manage campaigns within the lead management platform, executing end-to-end setup, quality assurance checks, and pre-launch testing across forms, integrations, and test leads.
Support day-to-day lead platform operations — following established workflows, governance standards, and escalation processes to ensure accurate, consistent campaign delivery.
Validate lead data accuracy flowing from paid media partners into CRM systems, and flag any lead delivery or data quality issues proactively.
Maintain and update process documentation, runbooks, and execution guides as workflows evolve, contributing to consistency across a high volume of campaign deliverables.
You have experience or coursework in marketing operations, campaign execution, or ad operations, and can follow structured processes while troubleshooting basic execution issues independently.
You are comfortable working with data to validate outcomes, spot inconsistencies, and communicate findings clearly to teammates and cross-functional partners.
You thrive in fast-paced operational environments, manage assigned tasks with care and accuracy, and raise risks or issues early before they escalate.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
You have familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, or marketing technology concepts such as lead processors, data environments, or APIs.
You have prior ad operations experience, such as campaign creation and ad trafficking.
You have a test-and-learn mindset and experience contributing to process improvement in a team delivery environment.
