Compensation

Title: Lead Generation Specialist (internally referred to as Lead Generation Analyst)
About this JobWe are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Lead Generation Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for researching, qualifying, and maintaining high-quality lead intelligence that directly supports our Business Development and Sales teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in process-driven work, is highly organized, and can balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a foundational part in supporting pipeline growth and ensuring the sales team has accurate, actionable data to work from. This is not a support function; it is a foundational role that directly enables pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities- Evaluate companies against Energy CX’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including ownership structure and energy procurement eligibility
- Research, validate, and enrich lead data using CoStar, public records, events, newsletters, and MQLs
- Build and maintain accurate, high-quality lead records in HubSpot with complete and consistent data fields
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of lead qualification and tiering to support downstream sales activity
- Partner with BDR and Sales teams by delivering reliable, well-researched lead intelligence
- Consistently meet daily lead volume and data quality standards in a high-throughput environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work with accuracy
- Effective time management and ability to work independently
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms preferred
- Experience in lead generation, sales operations, or fast-paced environments is a plus
