Job Description

This Position requires to provide oversight for the delivery of fund administration and other related operational services as supplied by the outsourced administrator. This will entail building and managing the relationship with the supplier daily; liaising with the supplier on the provision of the services to ensure the overall service to Columbia Threadneedle not only meets but exceeds requirements; resolving issues escalated to the Oversight Team from the supplier, Columbia Threadneedle business areas or our clients.

• Accountable for overseeing Fund Accounting suppliers using established oversight tools to ensure delivery against SLAs, contractual obligations, and KPIs, including completion of periodic onsite reviews, identification of risks, and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for end-to-end management of supplier and operational issues, including monitoring MI and reports, maintaining issue logs, identifying trends, driving timely resolution, and escalating matters through appropriate internal and external governance forums.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with Columbia Threadneedle control functions (Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal), key internal stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Distribution, TA Oversight), and relevant clients to ensure transparency, control alignment, and service assurance.
• Deliver high quality reporting for management, that can be used in internal and external meetings, Committees and Company Boards. Providing SME support to change initiatives; and ensuring all Fund Accounting processes are fully documented, reviewed regularly, and remain fit for purpose. Identify opportunity areas where efficiencies can be unlocked via automations. Effective management of any staff reporting to this role.This role may require focusing on specific areas of responsibilities which may change from time to time.
