The Lead Financial Analyst provides strategic support to the Finance Department by analyzing financial projections, preparing budgets, and overseeing fiscal planning. Responsibilities include performance analysis, P&L understanding, and generating income statements while identifying trends to support business behavior and guide decision-making.

Provide support to the Finance Department on financial projections of current businesses and in the process of negotiation, control and validation of the budget, as well as on financial indicators that reflect the performance and operation of the Company.

· Responsible for supporting the development and profitability analysis of the business (Client, entity, product).

· Understand key drivers of P&L.

· Responsible for supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts, under STAT and GAAP figures.

· Performance analysis, including an explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago.

· Responsible for supporting financial and fiscal planning.

· Responsible for supporting the definition of the guidelines on which the budget will be operated, for each area of the Company.

· Responsible for supporting business analysis and financial projections that reflect business behavior.

· Responsible for supporting the Financial Management in the generation of indicators, reflecting the behavior of the businesses.

· Responsible for the process of generating income statements.

Responsible for establishing and monitoring direct and indirect expenses, to make an adequate distribution of expenses between internal areas

Technical skills:

- Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account the company's objectives and financial situation.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial results.
- Collect and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports
- Identify trends
- Collaborate with management to guide and influence strategic decision making
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Expertise in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Intermediate-Advanced English
