Key responsibilities:
- Participate to sales process as technical advisor supporting Team Leader Marine Refits.
- Manage and coordinate technical aspects on assigned projects ensuring fulfillment of technical contractual requirements, internal standards and Customer’s expectations.
- Monitors engineering activities execution on assigned refits and escalates technical issues in cooperation with Team Leader Marine Refits.
- Acts as main technical interface between Valmet and Customers for the whole project duration, ensuring the proper information flow to and from all areas concerned on assigned refits.
- Participate to project definition and project engineering meetings.
- Develop engineering according to sold scope.
- Identify and report deviations with respect to sold scope to support add-on sales/contract deviation reporting.
- Lead internal FAT and customer FAT with third-party Class.
- Participate to refit activities onboard (either in Dry Dock, Wet Dock or while ship sailing) including installation supervision, commissioning and start-up activities.
- Participate to SAT with Class and Customer.
- Participate to sea trials.
- Produce site activities reports and as-built documentation.
- Technical knowledge of hardware and system aspects in automation systems;
- Committed, target oriented, methodic, able to work under pressure;
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite;
- Advanced knowledge of Visio;
- Polish mother tongue/fluent
- English fluent/mother tongue;
- B driving license;
- Willingness and availability to travel about 30-50% of your working time.
- Experience in automation networks, software application development;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Experience with project planning (MS Project).
