The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer – End User Computing (EUC) where you will be driving the delivery for customers AWS, VMware and Citrix needs. You'll be a client advocate, post-sales expert, and provide documentation when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Design & Architecture

• Architect and deploy AWS Appstream, Workspaces Core w/ Citrix.
• Architect and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDIenvironments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace One Access, and Thinapp.
• Experience with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers, specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.
• Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEMfor device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.
• Integrate Omnissasolutions for identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks.
• Provide Tier 3 support

Administration & Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure (Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways, App Volumes Managers, TrueSSO,  and vSphere).
• Manage Workspace ONE enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and application lifecycle.
• Ensure Omnissa identity services are properly configured for SSO, MFA, and conditional access.

Security & Compliance

• Apply best practices for securing VDI and mobile endpoints.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Performance & Optimization

• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of experience in End User Computing Solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix w/ AWS Workspaces Core and Appstream
• Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon (VDI, App Volumes, DEM).
• Proficiency in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
• Familiarity with Omnissa identity and access management solutions.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules.
• Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access.
• VMware VCP-DTM, VMware Horizon Specialist, or Omnissa certifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Work closely with networking, security, and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers
• Strong attention to detail in architecture, implementation, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in global delivery environments.
