About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager, Pega Solutions and Adoption within the Chief Operating Office.
This role will identify, shape, implement, and drive adoption of scalable Pega-based solutions across complex operational environments. The Lead Digital Product Manager will partner directly with business and operations leaders to develop and qualify potential use cases, establish the business case, and translate operational challenges into practical, well-controlled workflow solutions.
The role combines digital product management, Pega solution knowledge, business development, structured problem-solving, and implementation leadership. It is designed for a hands-on product leader who can move between opportunity development and delivery execution, determine where Pega is an appropriate solution, shape the target-state workflow, guide implementation, and remain engaged through deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
The successful candidate will have sufficient Pega expertise to evaluate solution designs, guide configuration decisions, and help diagnose implementation issues without serving as the primary developer or platform architect. They will bring the product judgment, consulting capability, and delivery leadership required to connect business outcomes with appropriate product and platform capabilities and move high-value use cases from opportunity through production adoption.
In this role, you will
- Partner with business and operations teams to identify workflow opportunities, understand process challenges, and define expected business outcomes.
- Develop and qualify a pipeline of potential Pega use cases by engaging business leaders, assessing opportunities, and helping teams understand where Pega can address operational needs.
- Build the business case for proposed solutions, including the problem statement, expected value, implementation considerations, and measures of success.
- Translate business needs, policies, controls, and user requirements into practical Pega solution concepts and implementation requirements.
- Assess whether needs are best addressed through an existing Pega product, a reusable capability, a product enhancement, or a new solution pattern.
- Shape end-to-end solutions across case design, workflow, user experience, business rules, automation, integrations, controls, reporting, and human review.
- Provide product leadership from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
- Work with Pega configurators, Product Owners, business analysts, architects, engineers, and business SMEs to address design questions, technical constraints, and delivery dependencies.
- Apply working knowledge of Pega to evaluate solution designs, guide configuration decisions, assess implementation issues, and engage the appropriate technical teams.
- Define business scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success measures, and validate solutions under production-like conditions.
- Support operational readiness and remain engaged after implementation to monitor adoption, user feedback, workflow performance, control effectiveness, and realized business outcomes.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Significant experience leading Pega product, implementation, transformation, or workflow modernization initiatives from business discovery through production adoption and stabilization.
- Strong working knowledge of Pega case management, workflow design, business rules, routing, service levels, reporting, role-based access, and application delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify business opportunities, develop solution concepts and business cases, and translate operational needs, policies, and controls into actionable requirements and implementation plans.
- Experience assessing solution fit across existing products, reusable platform capabilities, targeted enhancements, and new implementations.
- Experience providing product direction and implementation leadership across business, product, configuration, architecture, engineering, risk, platform, and vendor teams through influence rather than direct authority.
- Working knowledge of technical architecture, integrations, data dependencies, security requirements, and platform standards sufficient to guide decisions and facilitate resolution of implementation issues.
- Experience preparing organizations for implementation, driving user adoption, and measuring operational performance and business outcomes after deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, consulting, and executive communication skills, with the ability to establish structure, manage ambiguity, and influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Experience delivering solutions in a highly governed or regulated environment.
- Pega certification or equivalent demonstrated experience with Pega products and delivery practices.
- This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work on site in a hybrid role.
- Fully remote work locations are not available for this role. If you are not in a location listed on the posting, you must commit to relocation within an agreed upon timeframe.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
