Job Description: Lead Developer / Dev Lead - Creative Automation (L35)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of custom workflows for creative production and automation using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly.
- Architect and design scalable solutions that integrate Adobe APIs (Creative Cloud Libraries API, Photoshop API, Firefly Services API).
- Mentor and guide a team of full-stack developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Extend integrations with other creative partners, cloud services, and APIs to enhance creative automation capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in creative automation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in Node.js and server-side JavaScript.
- Strong background in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Expertise in workflow design and development for cloud-scale workflows, using pro-code or low-code/no-code workflow builder tools
- Deep Expertise in API development and integration.
- Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Proficiency in back-end app development stack and technologies for event-driven workflows and serverless actions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
- Experience with creative automation tools and workflows is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with creatives and within the creative domain, actively using creative technology, to accelerate and optimize creative production
- Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Familiarity with vision models and multi-modal models.
- Knowledge of using AI to enhance creative automation workflows.
- Experience with Adobe’s app development framework – Adobe App Builder
