Purpose of the Role

Provides Business Analysis leadership across strategic initiatives while strengthening the capability of the Business Analysis Chapter. Shapes business solutions, influences strategic decisions, coaches other Business Analysts and drives continuous improvement in Business Analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Analysis activities for large, complex and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive discovery, business problem framing and solution design.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology.
  • Ensure high-quality Business Analysis deliverables and practices across initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management, Architecture and Engineering to shape business outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Business Analysts across the Chapter.
  • Contribute to competency development, recruitment, onboarding and capability mapping.
  • Promote innovation, AI adoption and continuous improvement within Business Analysis practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Business Analysis, stakeholder engagement and solution design.

Education, Domain Knowledge & Tooling

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Certifications (Desirable)

  • IIBA CBAP (preferred) or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
  • PMI-PBA.
  • Advanced Agile certification (e.g. PSM II, PSPO II or SAFe).
  • Lean Six Sigma (desirable).

Business Domain Knowledge

Deep expertise across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) value stream, with the ability to:

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and transformation.
  • Understand cross-functional impacts across Finance, Customer, Commercial and Technology teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to shape strategic solutions.

Tooling Experience

Experience with Business Analysis and enterprise platforms, including several of the following:

  • Jira and Confluence
  • ARIS or enterprise process modelling tools
  • SAP (e.g. S/4HANA, BRIM, SD or FI-CA)
  • PEGA
  • Salesforce or CRM platforms
  • MuleSoft or API-based integration platforms
  • Power BI and data analysis tools
  • AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
