Position Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Specialist with strong business analysis skills to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that drive efficiency across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical expertise with process understanding — collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and delivering reliable bots using leading RPA platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Work with business teams to analyse, document, and optimise processes for automation.
Gather requirements, define "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows, and prepare functional specs.
Design, build, test, and deploy RPA bots.
Integrate bots with enterprise applications and databases.
Monitor and maintain bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service quality.
Maintain documentation and contribute to RPA governance and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Around 10 years of Information Technology experience in Application Development or Automation
3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, ideally combined with business process analysis.
Proficiency with at least one major RPA platform (e.g. Kingsware RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.).
Knowledge in coding languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET or Javascript
Strong database integration & scripting skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
