Job Title:Lead Analyst - ERP, Supply Chain Operations

Summary:Responsible for defining, leading, executing, and implementing IT solutions in the Supply Chain area, as well as managing the operation and stability of these solutions. The role ensures systems effectively support business processes while aligning with the company’s Digital Strategy. These critical, global efforts are required and ongoing for Momentive.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Understand current IT Supply Chain solutions and develop strategies for future improvements.

  • Proactively identify and propose business process enhancements or system optimizations.

  • Review solution designs and technical architectures for ongoing projects.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in complex Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Lead and execute IT projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain domain.

  • Configure, test, and maintain sales, distribution, and logistics systems (ERP or other relevant platforms) to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with development teams to manage specifications for system integrations and custom developments.

  • Manage setup and maintenance of master and transactional data as required.

  • Introduce new development approaches and adopt emerging technologies.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Respond to production application/system issues and lead resolution efforts, including occasional off-hours support.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.

  • 10+ years of IT experience with ERP or Supply Chain Systems Management (sales, distribution, logistics, warehousing, transportation functionality).

  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or team Leadership

  • Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)

  • Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) development and formal change management methodologies.

Preferred qualifications
  • 10+ years of SAP SD/LE (including WM) expertise, including configuration, customization, and integration with FI/CO, MM, and QM module

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system integrations, EDI processes, mobile applications, and analytics solutions.

  • Knowledge of compliance and industry-specific logistics requirements.

  • Domain expertise in sales and/or logistics processes.
