Job Title – Lead - Measurement and Analytics
The Purpose of This Role
The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team, within the Fidelity Wealth Business unit, plays a crucial role in providing data-driven analytics to various product areas. Your responsibilities will involve providing data and insights that contribute to strategy and execution. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.
The Team
As a member of the Marketing Measurement and Analytics team, you will be part of an agile team focused on helping create insights from mining customer data, creating design of experiments, providing measurement read outs and exploring data to drive strategic decisions. The work will drive decisions within the Distribution (Investor and Regional Centers) domain resulting in transformed customer & associate experiences. This will drive both revenue growth and costs savings for the firm.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree boosted by additional focused experience or education in areas like analytics, consulting, data science, and statistics.
- 3-6 years of prior work experience, preferably in Customer analytics/measurement role(s) focused on data and analytics delivery.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem solving. Ability to draw out insights, answer the ‘so-what’ & ‘what-if’ and propose actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced analytics software (e.g., R, Python)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can influence stakeholders and collaboratively work across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach.
- Consistent behavioural skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused.
- Exposure to concepts such as attribution, A/B testing.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and evaluate and implement appropriate techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
