Strategic position to support deployment activities for Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) and R&A (Reporting and Analytics) area in collaboration with global LDC leads, function leads and experts in NOCCs, countries and above country
The role is the LACan functional representative working and reporting directly to the Americas ADOPT Finance Lead
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

Support repeatable and scalable deployment of LACan LDC (Lean Digitaal Core) releases for Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) and R&A (Reporting and Analytics)

Ensure LACan specific R&A and BPA user requirements are captured, assessed and implemented or mitigated through LDC LACan project

Be the main point of contact for the Global BPA LDC team and the BPA communities within the countries in scope to ensure the relevant topics are raised and tackled to comply with the LDC model

Be the main point of contact for the Global R&A LDC structures and the countries to assess the reporting needs and changes triggered by LDC

Own transition from current environment to future LDC based and enabled reporting, through inputs to data migration/mapping, coordination and execution of testing activities and communication/change management with respective reporting lead product owners and reporting team leads

Outline, assign and coach required resources for successful deployment in-country for successful delivery

Support Americas Finance Adopt Lead to ensure smooth interaction of expertise areas & activities above country

Have an oversight and coordination role of LDC LACan local dependent, triggered and competing projects and be the connection with the global projects’ owners to have visibility on potential risks to develop mitigation actions

Engage with internal stakeholders on functional & deployment deliverables. Support user acceptance testing to enable local organization acceptance and support for positive “Go” decision. Facilitate robust collaboration between Functional and Business experts to achieve sustainable process solutions
Essential requirements:
- Certified Accountant, Finance, Business Administration or similar (MBA is a plus)
- 10 years of experience in leadership roles within Finance Planning & Analysis
- Experience in implementation of new tools and project management
- Proficient in English & Spanish
- Proven experience in Commercial Business Planning & Analysis
- Operations Management and Execution. * Working in complex matrix organization. Process management and Project Management Technical knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of functional area business processes. Compliant Financial and Technical Accounting. Financial Business Partnering
- High integrity financial Compliance and Control
