Behind the title
As Business Support Manager, you are a prominent member of the Future Standards OT & Automation leadership team that has the responsibility to drive OT & Automation for strategically critical Capex programs to expand our production facilities globally. In this position, you will ensure that the leadership team stays focused on strategic objectives while navigating the complexities of scaling and execution of the programs.
Your key responsibilities are:

  • Assisting the leadership team in setting priorities, identifying focus areas, and creating actionable plans that align with our business goals
  • Gathering and analysing relevant data to provide valuable insights that drive decision-making and bring clarity to key discussions
  • Coordinating and leading change management activities in alignment with OCM team and the established OCM standards in the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) program
  • Helping create and monitor strategic roadmaps, ensuring the team stays focused on high-impact areas
  • Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and maintaining strong relationships
  • Organizing and lead leadership meetings, setting clear agendas, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-ups


By managing critical projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and bringing a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in the success and smooth expansion of the organization.
Which competencies to bring
We imagine the ideal applicants meets most of the following:

  • Master, bachelor, or technician degree within IT/management, or similar
  • Proven experience working in organisational projects and change management, preferably in a large complex organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring data-driven insights into leadership discussions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities, set processes from scratch, and keep projects on track
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with leaders and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a management/strategy consultant, executive assistant or business support role is preferred
