The Role

Job Purpose

The LATAM Sales Enablement Manager will localize Assurant’s global sales enablement approach and own the creation and activation of regional content that resonates with Latin American markets, with responsibility for promoting Assurant’s brand visibility in the market and supporting sales enablement to help accelerate deals. This role will capture country-level insights, shape localized storytelling and work directly with regional and in-country sales and marketing teams to ensure that Assurant’s voice feels relevant, timely, and human. This role will collaborate closely with the Global Sales Enablement Manager to ensure LATAM content, insights, and best practices are integrated into Assurant’s global enablement strategy and asset library. 

As a content creation lead, this role brings the brand to life through storytelling and the creation of sales-ready materials that help advance opportunities and support successful deal outcomes across the region. 

This role also supports regional coordination and execution of sales content and materials, including support for multi-country RFPs, regional initiatives, campaigns and key industry events across LATAM, using a mix of owned, earned, and selective paid channels to increase visibility and engagement. 

Primary Job Accountabilities/ 
Responsibilities  

  • Regional Insight & Storytelling – 50% 

  • Gather and analyze insights from local markets (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina) to inform content themes and campaign messaging. 

  • Apply market and customer insights to inform content themes, messaging, and sales narratives, supporting the development of effective sales enablement materials for LATAM markets 

  • Create localized content — sales decks, case studies, product one-pagers, playbooks, and talk tracks — tailored to cultural, linguistic, and market nuances. 

  • Ensure local content reflects global positioning while highlighting regional relevance and proof. 

  • Support regional and multi-country RFPs across LATAM in close partnership with the global marketing teams, providing local market context, messaging input, and regional relevance. 

  • Lead localization and translation support for RFP-related content, ensuring global narratives, proof points, and value propositions are accurately adapted for LATAM markets. 

  • Provide regional insight to help refine sales narratives used in executive meetings, priority pursuits, and related industry engagements. 

  • Collaboration & Feedback Integration – 20% 

  • Partner with the Global Sales Enablement Manager to align on global content priorities and plans, providing regional input early to help shape content that meets LATAM needs from the outset. 

  • Represent LATAM perspectives, use cases, and market context in global content planning discussions, influencing what content is created—not just how it is localized. 

  • Co-create sales enablement content with global and regional teams, incorporating LATAM insights, proof points, and success stories into shared assets. 

  • Provide ongoing feedback on content performance in-market, including which formats, narratives, and proof points resonate most effectively across LATAM. 

  • Creative Production & Writing – 20% 

  • Write and edit high-impact local materials that capture Assurant’s tone, voice, and message discipline. 

  • Collaborate with regional agencies, translators, and internal design teams to produce compelling visuals and layouts. 

  • Create and adapt sales-ready materials to support global-led RFPs, pitches, and priority LATAM events, including presentations, one-pagers, and supporting narratives. 

  • Create and adapt content to support regional sales efforts, including materials used in campaigns, RFPs, events, and priority commercial initiatives across LATAM. 

  • Activation & Regional Coordination (10%) 

  • Support regional rollout and coordination of sales materials, content, campaigns and promotion across LATAM, including distribution, execution and measurement across channels (e.g., paid, earned & owned). 

  • Support local industry engagement efforts by coordinating sales enablement support for key LATAM events, conferences, forums, and trade associations, including event-specific messaging, presentations, and sales materials. 

  • Coordinate country-level execution related to events and other priority commercial moments, including localization/translation, asset readiness, stakeholder inputs, and post-event follow-up materials for sales teams. 

  • Manage Showpad (Sales Enablement Platform) and AutoRFP content hubs for the LATAM region. 

  • Curate and upload localized content, monitor engagement, and report on performance metrics. 

  • Champion usage and training across local sales teams to ensure consistent adoption. 

Qualifications Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, content, or sales enablement roles across multiple LATAM markets.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English + Spanish; Portuguese preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to create localized B2B content that drives engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools (Showpad, Seismic, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders across countries.
