The FORTNA Leadership and Development Rotation (LADR) Program is a 1-year, rotational program committed to the accelerated development of entry-level Professional Services and Engineering talent with a passion for technology, automation, and professional services coupled with a drive for exceptional client service. Through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments, technical and business skills are developed. LADR graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help our clients be successful in a dynamic world. The program consists of the following tracks: Project Management, Consulting, Engineering, Electrical Controls Engineering, Client Support, Maintenance and Software Development. Program members are full-time Fortna Associates and work in rotational assignments to accelerate their development and assimilation into the business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

IT
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) Rotation
Key Responsibilities:

Build and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.

Analyze data from various sources, using critical thinking to identify patterns and trends.

Leverage problem-solving skills to resolve data challenges and inconsistencies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and meet business requirements.

Present findings clearly, helping teams use data for decision-making.
Information and Security Rotation
Key Responsibilities:

Perform cybersecurity risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Monitor and analyze security events, improving incident response strategies.

Collaborate with teams to enhance security protocols and ensure compliance.

Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and propose effective security solutions, ensuring the safety of data and systems and assist in documenting security processes and solutions.

Apply problem-solving skills to mitigate real-world security threats.
Portfolio and Program Management Rotation
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and managing program portfolios, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Support project planning by collaborating with teams to align objectives with business goals.

Participate in risk management and status meetings to ensure project timelines are met.

Help maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards.

Contribute to creating tools for tracking and reporting program progress.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other data visualization tools.

Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

Experience with data cleaning, processing, and manipulation.

Ability to leverage data tools to solve complex business problems.
