We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (L2 level) in Kraków!

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users (onsite and remote)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and provide basic application support
  • Perform basic network diagnostics (connectivity, DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work in accordance with ITIL processes (incidents, requests, problems)
  • Maintain documentation of tickets and their resolutions


Requirements
  • Higher education in IT (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) support or onsite IT support
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL standards (incident, asset, and configuration management)
  • Hands-on experience with asset tagging and updating the CMDB database
  • Basic networking knowledge: Cisco/HP devices, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS
  • Experience with printers, mobile devices, and common business applications
  • Strong customer service orientation and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish
