- Provide onsite and remote Level 1 and Level 2 technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and peripheral-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 365, Intune, VPN connectivity, and other workplace technologies while managing IT assets, user accounts, and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex technical issues, support office moves and equipment deployments, maintain knowledge articles, and deliver high-quality IT services while meeting service level expectations.
RequirementsWhat You Need
- 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, End User Computing (EUC), or a similar enterprise IT support role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and supporting iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
- Familiarity with VPNs, remote connectivity, user account administration, IT asset management, and enterprise IT support processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
