  • Do you have prior experience in procurement, sales administration, supply chain, or logistics? Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

L’ECOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, was established in Paris in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels. The mission of L’ECOLE is to transmit jewelry culture to the public at large through 3 main pillars: know-how, gemology and art history of jewelry. L’ECOLE organizes courses, lectures, exhibitions, offline and online events as well as other activities.

The Operations Coordinator of L’ECOLE ensures the smooth operation of the campus by preparing necessary items for courses and events, and providing support to the Operations Manager.

  • You will procure items for courses and campus operations, managing vendor selection, purchase orders, and payments.
  • You will coordinate and manage all campus activities (facilities, logistics, reception, security).
  • You will manage course scheduling, lecturer coordination, registration, classroom setup, and inventory of course materials and books.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for all activities, including exhibitions and talk events.
