Key Responsibilities

• Accounting activities related to the Polish and American entities.
• Record and reconcile cash accounts on a daily basis.
• Record, track and pay vendors through accounts payable.
• Record sales and purchase transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Assist with receivables and receivable collections.
• Support the preparation of VAT and CIT tax declarations.
• Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities (account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments).
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries following local regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to maintain data integrity.
• Support external/internal audit processes.
• Support in preparing reports for NBP and GUS
• Assistance with the fixed assets register.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in an accounting role
• Saas/revenue recognition experience
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in any accounting system (NetSuite, Optima, SAP etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills and solid command of other MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• English and Polish proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• The role requires availability until 5 PM, based on US time zones.

• Experience with the Polish accounting activities
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience in preparing VAT returns
