The candidate need to support the SPCPS Business Manager as a Functional / Data expert using Kinaxis Rapid Response and be responsible to deliver the following:
- Drive and co-ordinate month beginning Inbound integration / data load activities from OVS, SAMIS, MASTER, SMART & OMS SOB into SPCPS Kinaxis.
- Check and verify data robustness to support seamless SPP authoring by Sales team in SPCPS Kinaxis.
- Work with regional MP&L & Sales planning team to help author demand / capacity in SPCPS Kinaxis
- Interact with technical, data & IT team members to diagnose and resolve incidents in Kinaxis
- Keep track of SPCPS Kinaxis incident tickets for quicker resolution without affecting business.
- Interact with business / IT to document, follow and implement SPCPS Kinaxis functional enhancements
- Coordinate with the PDO / Codification / IT teams to pull new entities into SPCPS Kinaxis
- Support on testing functional enhancements in EDU and QA environment to avoid issues post implementation.
- Bring issues which require escalation/help to the leadership team for support.
- Regional/Goverance/Approval meetings
- Bring defects / enahancements request to weekly SPCPS BPR for approval
- Creat workbooks, worksheets, alerts, schedule task, scorecards, automation chain and dashboards in Rapid response
- Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices;
- Work closely with Kinaxis Solution Architect to develop a business process design that leverages RapidResponse capabilities; Providing high levels of customer service.
Fair understanding of business data, planning parameters, and business logic used in the demand planning, allocation and capacity process
Good at excel based analysis and reporting through visualization
Having knowledge of SPCPS Kinaxis and Rapid response

QualificationsBacheor’s degree in Engg / Science / IT
