Job Family Summary: The PHC Sales and Detailing job family at Procter & Gamble focuses on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. This job family is crucial for understanding customer needs, detailing product benefits, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Account Manager promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services directly to current and new customers. Responsible for Sales planning and management, conduct store visit, Account engagement, execution of sales strategies and managing 3rd party partners.
This is an IC role and reports to CCEO and is the SPOC for PGHL when dealing with 3rd party business partners.
How success looks like

- Functional performance – Work with 3rd party partners, draw business plans, discuss strategy implementations to deliver business growth. To monitor ,coach ,guide the 3rd party supervisor/sellers' team for seamless execution in the market.
- Revenue and profits - Build & align customer plans to help grow the business. Identify key opportunities ,growth drivers and business priorities to achieve business goals and close potential gaps.
- Ensure contract compliance and inform Sales Manager of progress with action plan to address non-compliance, if any.
- Monitor sales performance, assortment compliance particularly for new products, promo SKUs on a month to date basis and take appropriate and timely action to drive growth and implement plans.
- To drive SD -Seller team for collection of retailing data from AS & also collect weekly monthly orders from the AS
- To deliver monthly Sell in & Sell out targets
- Time-based performance – To ensure that the SD is scoring on all important parameters on a monthly basis and is 100% on staffing, following inventory norms and is adhering to stewardship and compliance guidelines.
- Employee growth - To successfully drive the SD-business model
Responsibilities of the role
- Working on capability building of SD Supervisor / Seller
- Conducting monthly Joint business plan with the SD partner
- Oversee implementation metrics of team like callage /coverage
- Proper download of monthly schemes /offers to AS
- 100% implementation of Assets at the stores
- Daily market visits / visit to semis / AS
