How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In this role you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and implementing new opportunities within the Parkinson's disease treatment area.
This is a field based position so an openness to frequent travel from Oslo is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving business growth by proactively identifying, defining, and implementing business-generating opportunities within the Parkinson's area.
Meeting with customers, delivering presentations, and providing comprehensive training on our Parkinson's disease and neurology treatment options.
Working closely with neurologists, nurses, KOLs, pharmacists, and patient advocacy groups to build strong relationships and foster collaborative partnerships.
Educate and support HCPs in understanding and utilizing our treatment options, ensuring they are equipped to provide optimal patient care.
Continuously analyze, plan, implement, and follow up on account plans, activities, and budgets to ensure alignment with our overall strategy.
Are you a MATCH?
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong relationship building skills, and a patient focused mindset. You will need previous experience in Healthcare sales and ideally have existing knowledge of Parkinson’s disease and the treatment options available to patients.
We are also looking for:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar Sales role in the Medtech or Pharmaceutical industry
Previous experience working with Parkinson’s disease and/ or neurology is highly desired but not essential
Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting healthcare professionals and patients.
Excellent selling skills and the ability to lead and steer conversations with a business focus
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a similar field
Willingness to travel frequently for the role across a large territory
Strong communication skills with fluency in both Norwegian and English
