Key Account Manager
Job DescriptionThe Key Account Manager is to explore new business opportunities and drive sales within a selected number of accounts in Taiwan. These accounts can be:
- selected partners (SI) with the highest revenue potential for long term;
- “future” key accounts from focus segments who have a potential to reach Solution Partner revenue requirements within a near future;
- partners involved in high value projects and / or
- identified potential end-users from focus segments.
The Key Account Manager handles these accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the account and Axis. In addition, the individual Key Account Manager has extra responsibility focusing on, for example, segments and/or collaborating with Technical Integration Partners. This means that the Key Account Manager should be driving sales with this target group in mind and also see to that the competence around the segments/ Technical Integration Partners in the sales team is on the right level.
What you’ll do here as a Key Account Manager?
- Develop clear business and development plans for the selected accounts;
- Contribute to the sustainable growth from selected accounts;
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI’s of the selected accounts;
- Work closely together with partners, in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects by working on annual business plan;
- Making sure that partners have the necessary knowledge to sell Axis solutions;
- Making sure partners are well trained and have participated in academy course and qualified in ACP;
- Conducting regular technology and solution update to partners with support from technical team;
- Visiting end-users together with partners or arrange customer visit to Axis Experience Center;
- Support to marketing activities with partners in order to attract new end-user opportunities;
- Actively participate in solution scenario training (entry level), solution conference, partner submit on regular basis;
- Prepare sales reporting about new and existing projects via CRM and Salesforce;
- Prepare Monthly reports and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering aspect;
- 5 years in a sales position in IT or ELV industry;
- Knowledge in network video or network infrastructure is preferable;
- Pro-active, self-driven, a good team player;
- Ability to manage time and priority;
- Confident presenter and negotiator;
- Experience with indirect sales.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
