Job Description: This role is part of the PHC Sales and Detailing Job Family. As a Band 1 employee, you will support and assist in executing strategies within your team or organization. You will be focused on specific tasks or segments within the sales department, often at a local or site level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance
- Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives
- Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies
- Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements
Job Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in Pharma industry preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Prior experience in sales or detailing is a plus but not required
