General Responsibilities
•Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
• Pursue sales leads
• Lead in visits to existing and new customers
• Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Respond to customer enquiries; and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets
• Innovates and creates sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers
• Perform supplier audits on site at distributor warehouse locations
• Identify and implement efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc.
• Initiate regular communication with distributors to mitigate shipment errors and discrepancies
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

Additional Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve annual Net Revenue, New Business Opportunity (NBO), and New Logo objectives.
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned strategic key accounts, building executive relationships and coordinating global customer engagement.
- Lead strategic customer business reviews and develop multi-year account growth plans aligned with customer technology roadmaps and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities across Industrial and Data Center applications.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer by communicating customer requirements, market intelligence, and business risks to internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in products and customer support.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Field Application Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Marketing and channel partners to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and customer activity withing SFDC while ensuring compliance with Sensata commercial policies and processes.
- Ability to travel international and domestic.
