Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Sales professional to manage and grow strategic
enterprise customers in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. This role focuses
on building long-term partnerships, expanding account value, and driving revenue growth
through consultative selling.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Patsnap’s product portfolio.
• Lead the full sales cycle for existing key accounts, from needs discovery and
solution design to negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Solution Consulting
teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business objectives,
innovation strategies, and challenges.
• Monitor account performance, forecast revenue accurately, and deliver against
sales targets.
• Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to support product and
go-to-market improvements.
Requirements
related fields is a plus.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, IP services, R&D
tools, or technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing key or strategic accounts with complex buying
processes.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical or data-driven solutions in a clear and
compelling way.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,
international environment.
• Experience selling into R&D, IP, legal, or innovation teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Background in business, science, engineering, or related fields
