As Key Account Manager, you'll shape commercial growth with some of the LEGO Group's most important retail partners across physical and digital channels. Based in Munich, you'll join our Europe Central Sales team and help turn customer strategies into outstanding shopper experiences.
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until end of August 2027. This position will be based in our Grasbrunn office near Munich and follows a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support isn't offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Own and drive the commercial relationship for one to two strategic Omnichannel customers, delivering sustainable growth, mutual value creation and successful execution of the Joint Business Plan.
Develop and own the annual customer strategy and Joint Business Plan, translating business opportunities into commercial growth across all shopper touchpoints.
Lead commercial negotiations including assortment, pricing, promotional investments, retail media opportunities and annual trading terms to maximize profitable growth.
Identify category and shopper growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends and performance analysis, translating data into actionable commercial recommendations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Marketing and Field Sales to ensure flawless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
Champion best-in-class omnichannel execution by ensuring a consistent LEGO® brand experience across physical and digital channels while continuously improving the shopper journey.
Build trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to create long-term value for both the customer and the LEGO Group.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Europe Central Omnichannel strategy by identifying innovation opportunities, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

The Europe Central Omnichannel Sales Team is responsible for managing and developing some of the LEGO Group's most strategic retail partners across both physical and digital channels. By combining commercial excellence with shopper-centric thinking, the team delivers sustainable growth, strengthens long-term customer partnerships and brings the LEGO® Brand to life wherever consumers choose to shop.
As an Omnichannel Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in translating customer strategies into winning commercial plans. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Retail Development, you will drive profitable growth, deliver best-in-class execution and help shape the future of Omnichannel retailing within Europe Central.
Do you have what it takes?
Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Sales or Omnichannel business within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or eCommerce.
Proven track record of successfully managing strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in Joint Business Planning, negotiations and customer strategy development.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data and insights into clear commercial actions and recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a dynamic international matrix organization.
Highly proactive, structured and solution-oriented with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with omnichannel retailers or pure-play eCommerce customers.
Knowledge of retail media, digital shelf optimisation, or omnichannel shopper marketing.
Familiarity with Power BI, Circana, NielsenIQ, or similar commercial analytics tools.
Curiosity for digital commerce, shopper behaviour and category growth.
