The Key Account Manager (KAM) role is essential for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products meet those needs. As an entry-level manager, you will support the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level, collaborating effectively with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in executing sales strategies within the team and organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
- Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
