What You'll Do:
- Own and grow French Retail Key Accounts for Emma, acting as the main commercial contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, volume, and profitability.
- Own key accounts’ P&L, performance KPIs, and growth targets.
- Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms, commissions, and campaign plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Track performance, lead business reviews, and resolve issues or escalations proactively.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- You bring 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales environments.
- Experience in FMCG, Wholesale, and Retail companies is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen across the entire sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to long-term account growth and retention.
- Solid experience building trusted client relationships and driving clear, tangible business results.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a genuine interest in using data to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Confident communicator, in English and French, with the ability to manage complex discussions and bring multiple stakeholders into alignment.
- Proactive, autonomous profile who performs well in fast-moving, scaling environments.
