SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to support our PC & Marine sales Manager on the growth of our Energy & Infra - Customer Group Sales business.
The KAM will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the segment.
Opportunity based in Casablanca Morocco, reporting to PC & Marine Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow market share in the Protective & Marine coatings segment, targeting both new and existing clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through regular engagement and tailored technical support.

  • Revenue Optimization: Promote products effectively, negotiate contracts and pricing to enhance profitability.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and collaborate on product innovation and launches.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product suitability, timely delivery, and sound credit management.

What We Look For :

  • Master’s/Engineering degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/account within an Industry

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities -English & French speaker.

  • Knowledge of protective coatings, marine coatings, and industrial applications is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
