Key Account Manager, China

• Assist to develop business for company global/regional clients in China region.  

协助为公司在中国地区的全球/区域客户开发业务； 

• Secure local controlled business in China region.  

确保在中国地区的本地控制业务； 

• Strong commercial sense in account management and internal coordination. 

在客户管理和内部协调方面有很强的商业意识； 

• Manage and optimize the process the account business with emphasis on driving process excellence across stations to fully meet the client’s requirements, whilst ensuring strict adherence to the SOP.  

管理和优化客户业务的流程，重点是推动各站的流程优化，以充分满足客户的要求，同时确保严格遵守SOP； 

• Able to build up a strong business relationship with customer related stakeholder and influencer.  

能够与客户相关的利益相关者和影响者建立强大的业务关系； 

• Responsible for business strategies implementation to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

• Work closely with Rhenus’s network and support teams to ensure delivering high quality of service, engage other internal departments to improve clients’ overall supply chain performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, Fluent in English speaking, and writing

• Excellent negotiation and demonstration skills

• Excellent computer literacy of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word  

熟练掌握Excel、PowerPoint和Word等计算机知识 

• Strong consultative selling skills and a good understanding of customer psychology and purchasing pattern.

  • Self-propelled individual and team player

  • Minimum 8 years sales related experience with at least 2 years on large account management experience

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management
