The Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Greater China. Build consultative relationships with business and executive stakeholders, develop account-specific strategic plans, identify expansion opportunities, implement growth programs, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. Serve as an escalation point for account management colleagues and achieve organic growth targets across assigned logistics or freight forwarding accounts.

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations exceeded.
• Establish and maintain consultative relationships with business and executive levels of 
leadership within assigned accounts, becoming trusted advisors and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each assigned account, identifying
opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Drive the development and implementation of new strategic programs aimed at increasing
growth and enhancing the overall relationship with key selected accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives and serve as a point of escalation for
other members of the Account Management team.
• Achieve organic growth targets for assigned accounts through collaboration and support of
re-attestation, confirmation, and additional lines of business growth programs.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a
related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts in the Greater China
region, with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer need.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven track record managing and growing key accounts in the Greater China region
  • Strong understanding of Greater China regional market dynamics and customer needs
