Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and highly organized Business Support Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day administrative excellence, managing critical business documentation, and supporting cross-functional operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Operational and Administrative Excellence: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) trackers to provide management and leadership with actionable business insights.
Collaborate Across Key Business Functions: Liaise closely with internal operations, finance, and commercial teams to coordinate customer projects, streamline communications, and resolve service inquiries efficiently.
Ensure Process Standards and Compliance: Maintain accurate customer records, manage contract administration—including Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation—and ensure strict adherence to organizational business process compliance guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
3–6 Years of Experience: Proven experience in business support, administration, customer service, logistics, or supply chain functions (exposure to contract logistics or warehousing operations is highly preferred).
Strong Functional Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) paired with exceptional analytical, reporting, and document management capabilities.
Proven Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems with a customer-oriented approach.
