We are seeking a strategic RTR Process Manager to oversee end-to-end Balance Sheet, General Ledger accounting, and Statutory reporting. This role is pivotal in harmonizing and automating financial processes across our global operations. You will drive financial excellence by ensuring compliance, fostering innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align with KONE’s strategic business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Balance Sheet, General ledger accounting.
- Ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with KONE Finance function and Area’s business objectives.
- This role is strategic and involves cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement of financial processes. At the same time focuses on standardizing, harmonizing and automating financial processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates closely with various stakeholders to support business foals and drive financial excellence.
What would you need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in finance, including a significant role in process management or transformation.
- Thorough understanding of the record-to-report domain of a large multinational company and passion for developing processes and working methods.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives in a global setting.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and technology, including SAP ECC set-up (FICO, MM and FA modules), S4/HANA, Blackline or BS recon tools and process automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
