Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a KBS Business Support Analyst.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of contracting processes and high-quality data administration. As a Business Support Analyst, you will handle complex tasks within the Sell to Cash process, focusing on data analysis, stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements.
What you will do
Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, including Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts, and Billing.
Resolve complex tasks and cases accurately and independently; consolidate available data sources to analyze issues, identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions.
Lead and actively participate in calls
Act as a buddy to junior colleagues by guiding them and sharing process knowledge.
Identify and implement improvements within your own process area using Lean and Lean UX principles.
Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audit compliance/readiness.
Support project implementation by performing system and process
testing.
What you bring
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and any other European language is an advantage.
Solutions-focused, curious, clear communicator, with strong decision-making and presentation skills.
Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced international environment.
We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.600Eur/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
