Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Junior Treasury Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in POLAND (preferably in Rzeszow or Warsaw). Together, we focus on developing and maintaining strategic banking partnerships, ensuring effective liquidity management, and supporting the delivery of the company’s products and services. 

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and regular reports for local entities (in cooperation with business departments),
• Deliver financial analyses supporting liquidity management, banking cost and deposit interests optimization as well as decision-making in treasury and banking cooperation,
• Ensure accurate collection, consolidation and monitoring of cash balances using the KYRIBA system,
• Support key banking relationships and assist in monitoring obligations under financing agreements,
• Provide effective day-to-day operational support in cooperation with banks,
• Monitor market and regulatory developments impacting treasury activities.

Essential Qualifications: 

• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, controlling, or a similar analytical role. 
• Good understanding of financial metrics, cash flow management, basic treasury processes and banking products. 
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear financial analyses and reports. 

   

• Previous exposure to cooperation with banks or other external financial partners, such as auditors, tax advisors, or legal advisors.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting techniques and principles for building and developing forecasting models.
• Understanding of banking fees, interest calculations, deposits, and financing agreements.
