Provide Danish-speaking customer support via phone, email, and chat for SMEs. Troubleshoot card terminals, portals, and account issues; handle administrative tasks; report technical incidents; collaborate with internal teams; and use CRM/ERP systems to ensure high-quality service.

Manage end-to-end HR and payroll for employees and contractors: calculate payroll and benefits, prepare statutory filings (ZUS, PIT, GUS, PFRON), maintain records, administer benefits (PPK, medical, insurance), cooperate with external institutions, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and support HR/payroll projects, audits, and cross-functional processes using Płatnik and ERP Optima.

Manage daily HR operations including myHR (Oracle) ticketing, personnel file administration, time-tracking administration, and monthly payroll coordination with external provider. Collaborate with authorities, support onboarding, accruals, HR policy updates, cross-country HR tasks for Austria, and participate in HR projects and ad-hoc requests.
