Our team of HW/SW/Mechanical and Systems engineers develops control units for Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation systems. You will take part in defining safety critical aspects of complex products for various types of aircraft belonging to Urban Air Mobility market segment.

As Systems Verification Engineer in Honeywell Aerospace in Brno, you will turn requirements into proven performance. Define verification strategies and develop test solutions to ensure they meet requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional team to solve complex engineering challenges and bring innovative products to life.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Responsibilities- Precise specification of control unit’s test stand architecture and behaviors to satisfy customer requirements.
- Deriving appropriate means of compliance from equipment-level specifications to ensure alignment with and compliance to parent-level requirements.
- Establishing and documenting of verification approach suitable for particular equipment-level specification
- Coordinating all functional groups (Systems, Electrical, Hardware, Mechanical, Software, Test Services, Safety, etc.) involved in development, prototype/ serial manufacture, and verification of electrical control unit and reporting on system design / development / verification status to internal and external customers.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering field. Electrotechnical education and/or experience as required for eligibility to work with electrical devices per par.6 of Government Regulations n. 194/2022
- Experience with software or hardware development with interest in developing career in electronic controller verification domain (cooperating with development team and ensuring proper verification of controller specification)
- Fluent command of English language as you will be regularly communicating with team located in the US
- Self-motivated approach, ability to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to quickly analyse, incorporate and apply new information and concept within an existing system or process
