Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Support the development and growth of assigned customer accounts within the Flavors business serving the Food & Beverage market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and recommend flavor solutions that create value.
  • Maintain accurate customer and market information to support strategic decision-making.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG, food, beverage, ingredients, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
