Job Description- Detect, observe and investigate gamblers’ behavior for signs of advantage play or cheating with a close supervision from experienced mentors;
- Maintain familiarity with the games at a facility, and with strategies and tricks used by players at such games;
- Perform an investigation of suspected players (account history and trends) and gives an assessment of player’s threat value level;
- Make proper notifications of gaming and other violations;
- Report any abnormal issues or situations to Head of Game Integrity and Risk and Evolution Global Management.
- Higher or incomplete higher education (last year student); preferably IT / technical field;
- Professional Working Proficiency in English written and verbal;
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word is a must);
- Ability to work with large volumes of data; analytical skills, Critical thinker, detail oriented and able to make decisions independently;
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
