Farmers Insurance District 40 is growing rapidly and looking for a motivated, high-energy Junior Recruiter to help us identify and attract top talent.

What You’ll DoTalent Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound messaging
Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Candidate Screening
Conduct initial phone screens and qualify candidates based on role requirements
Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and drive
Move qualified candidates through the interview process
Pipeline & Process Management
Track all candidates in CRM and recruiting systems
Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership
Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with and not lost in the process
Recruiting Support
Learn and apply recruiting best practices from leadership
Track key metrics such as calls, interviews, and hires
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new people
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
Familiarity with CRM systems or applicant tracking tools
Interest in recruiting, HR, or business operations
