  • Basic awareness of version control concepts (e.g., Git)
  • Any exposure to CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins pipelines)
  • Basic Unix/Linux command-line usage
  • Interest in or exposure to financial/trading platforms

To Thrive in This Role, You Will:

  • Prior experience working with Java is desirable but not essential for this role.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver with attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also being able to work independently on well-scoped tasks
  • Bring strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Embrace IBKR's Culture Code: Solve Problems - Take Ownership - Execute Together - Build the Business
